Typographical Errors
In the event that a Pooltablesdirect.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Pooltablesdirect.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Pooltablesdirect.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Pooltablesdirect.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Pooltablesdirect.com without notice at any time, for any reason. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Pooltablesdirect.com products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Pooltablesdirect.com products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Pooltablesdirect.com's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Pooltablesdirect.com may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Pooltablesdirect.com or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Shipping
We are the only company that will replace any damaged or defective items free of charge when you select our exclusive "White Glove" delivery service with free shipping to your home. This premium delivery service will have your pool table hand-delivered to your game room. We then uncrate and unpack the pool table. And as an added bonus, we provided you with a detailed inspection checklist describing every component of your table; if any item is not in good order, we will take the defective component away and immediately replace it at no cost. We even remove and dispose of the heavy crating lumber and packaging materials. Nobody else offers this level of service and convenience.
Delivery Information
We recommend that you be present for the delivery of the table. If this is not possible, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure whoever receives the table for you is familiar with these instructions: If any box looks damaged on the outside, please sign the driver's delivery form as "damaged." Also make sure that each piece of slate is intact. You can check this by opening up the specially designed slate packaging and taking each piece of slate out piece by piece to make sure each piece is intact. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CAREFULLY INSPECT YOUR GOODS FOR ANY POSSIBLE DAMAGE OR DEFECT. If there is any damage or if something seems out of place, inspect that piece immediately and list any damage on the shipping paperwork. YOUR SIGNATURE ON THE SHIPPING PAPERWORK CERTIFIES (IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY DAMAGE OR DEFECT YOU NOTE), THAT YOU RECEIVED THE TABLE IN PERFECT CONDITION; THEREFORE ANY DAMAGE OR DEFECT NOTED AFTER ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY HAS OCCURRED IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF Pooltablesdirect.com. Damage or defect occurs in less than 1% of all shipments, but if there is damage or a defect, you must note the discrepancy on the shipping paperwork, and sign. YOU MUST CONTACT Pooltablesdirect.com WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY AND PROVIDE DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHS AND A COPY OF THE DOCUMENTATION. We will work together with you and the shipping company to quickly assess the cause of the damage or defect and whether it will require repair or replacement. We will make every effort to take care of any issues as quickly as possible to ensure you should have a perfectly playable table that you will enjoy for a lifetime.
A pool table shipment will have the following items (excluding the Weather-master):
1. Pool Table - 96" x 24" x 18" (packaged) - Weight: 350 lbs
- Pool ble Frame (approx. 7' x 3 1/2' x 18" unpackaged) - this is the largest component and requires two people to move
- Legs, 6 Rails, 6 Pockets and a bag of hardware. - requires one person to move
- Accessory Kit - requires one person to move

2. Three Pieces of Slate - 32" x 24" x 1 3/4" 200lbs/piece - requires two people to move.
3. Cloth/Felt - This is often packaged with the slate or pool table. Occasionally we ship the felt separately via UPS.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT ALL COMPONENTS ARE PRESENT AND ACCOUNTED FOR PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. FAILURE TO ENSURE THAT ALL OF THESE COMPONENTS ARE PRESENT AND IN GOOD ORDER DURING INSTALLATION MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL INSTALLATION COST AND FEES; Pooltablesdirect.com SHALL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND SHALL NOT PAY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL INSTALLATION COST AND FEES. To ensure that you are not assessed an additional installation fees, for second trips by installers, additional work are repairs, etc, please ensure that everything for your table is present and in good order. Once again, please be aware that your felt may be shipped separately. Your install can not be scheduled until you have received both your table and your felt in good order.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR FREE DELIVERY SERVICE IS BASED ON THE ESTIMATED COST TO DELIVER TO OUR AVERAGE CUSTOMER, IF YOU NEED TO ARRANGE A SPECIAL TIME FOR DELIVERY, OR HAVE SPECIAL DELIVER REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, DIFFICULT TERRAIN AT THE DELIVERY SITE, ETC, THIS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL DELIVERY FEES AND OR DELAY THE DELIVERY OF YOUR TABLE. IN REMOTE AREAS OF THE COUNTRY YOUR DELIVERY MIGHT BE DELAYED SLIGHTLY. Additional delivery fees will apply to customers in Hawaii, Alaska and customer whose addresses require ferry transport. Call us with any questions.
A. Curbside Delivery (Free Shipping)
OUR FREE SHIPPING IS TO YOUR HOME, OR OTHER LOCATION YOU MAY SPECIFY. NOTE THAT CURBSIDE SHALL REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE FOUR (4) TO SIX (6) PEOPLE CAPABLE OF SAFELY LIFTING 125 POUNDS EACH, IN ORDER TO SAFELY LIFT AND REMOVE YOUR TABLE FROM THE TAILGATE OF THE TRUCK; NO RAMP, LIFT-GATE, HAND-TRUCK OR DOLLY, OR PERSONNEL SERVICE IS PROVIDE BY THE SHIPPER.
B. Curbside Delivery w/ Lift-gate Service to Garage / Doorstep
Once your pool table arrives at the local terminal, you will be contacted by the curbside delivery team to set a time for delivery. During that conversation they'll ask some basic questions to determine if your address is accessible by an 18-wheeler. If there is a problem with getting a large truck in front of your home, we will arrange for a smaller vehicle to make the delivery. If you miss your delivery appointment, you will be responsible for a return trip charge of $150.
C. "White-Glove" Delivery Service
Once your pool table arrives at the local terminal, you will be contacted by the curbside delivery team to set a time for delivery. During that conversation they'll ask some basic questions to determine if your address is accessible by an 18-wheeler. If there is a problem with getting a large truck in front of your home, we will arrange for a smaller vehicle to make the delivery. If you miss your delivery appointment, you will be responsible for a return trip charge of $150. Upon arriving, the delivery team has 30 minutes to complete their work. If you require them to work past 30 minutes, you will be charged $125/hour in 15 minute increments. For the vast majority of deliveries, this is plenty of time for the guys to uncrate the shipment, unpack the items and bring the items into your room of choice. Scenarios that exceed this timeframe usually involve exceptionally difficult entry points and/or many flights of stairs (usually 5+). Please consider the path that the team must take and the dimensions of the largest component (detailed dimensions provided above). You are the only person who knows if the item will fit and it is your responsibility to make that decision prior to ordering a pool table.

D. Expedited Delivery
If you have chosen our expedited delivery for $59.99, the expedited shipping only applies to the first leg of the journey (our warehouse to the local terminal). The $59 upgrades this service from a 7-10 business day to a 2-3 business day transit time. The fee does not expedite the preparation of shipment from our warehouse (usually 1-3 days) or the timeframe of the curbside/white glove leg of the journey (usually 1-3 days).
2. Installation Information
Putting a pool table together properly involves specialized skill and care. We highly recommend professional installation. If you chosen to have your table professionally installed, we will put you in contact with AmeriRec, America’s first choice for pool table installation. If you have chosen to utilize AmeriRec’s NATIONWIDE professional installation for $349.00, we will notify their installers in your area that you have purchased a table. An AmeriRec installer will contact you once you have received your table in good order. Call our customer service line at (888) 977-7665 and we will have AmeriRec contact you to schedule you installation. Generally the installers will contact you within three business days to set up the appointment; they will make sure your install takes place in the first available time slot; AmeriRec does not guarantee install times. This installation option is provided as a convenience to our customers. We assist you in scheduling and financing your installer, and in obtaining the best possible deal on installations in your area. Pooltablesdirect.com DOES NOT CONTRACT INSTALLERS ON YOUR BEHALF AND IS NOT LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES OR ERRORS IN INSTALLATION THAT MIGHT OCCUR. ADDITIONAL INSTALLATION CHARGES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

PLEASE NOTE THE $349 QUOTE FOR INSTALLATION IS A GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE BASED ON THE NATIONAL AVERAGE TO INSTALL OUR CUSTOMERS’ TABLES, AND COST MAY VARY DEPENDING ON SPECIAL NEEDS, REMOTE LOCATIONS, AND OTHER EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL. ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. THE CUSTOMER HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THIS OPTIONAL SERVICE FOR ANY REASON AT NO COST, ANYTIME BEFORE THE INSTALLER IS DISPATCHED. AFTER DISPATCH, THE COST SHALL BE PRORATED ACCORDINGLY.

If you have opted to use a different installer service, DO NOT plan to schedule your pool table installation until after you have received your table in good order. Also, please inspect your table to make sure there is no damage from shipping before scheduling your installation. This will insure that you do not have to have an installer come to your home multiple times in the event that your table is not delivered when you anticipated it would be, or in the rare case that your table is damaged. Also, please make sure you have received your felt before scheduling your install. This will also prevent you from incurring additional charges from your installer.

Please note that because of the specialized skill required in putting a pool table together we do not include assembly instructions for the tables. A professional installer will not need instructions. If you are determined to assemble your table yourself there are many websites that give advice and instructions for pool table assembly and leveling.
3. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UPON ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITION.  Pooltablesdirect.com, Pooltablesdirect.com, Ultimate Game Room.com Inc., AmeriRec.com, and all associate and affiliated vendors thereof are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and will do everything within reason, and reasonable to ensure your satisfaction with your product and our services. If at anytime during the sales and delivery process, or at anytime during the installation process, or anytime thereafter please feel free to contact us with any and all issues and concerns you may have and we will work within every way reasonable to make you one of our thousands of satisfied customers. In light of our extraordinary willingness and effort to satisfy your needs as a customer, by ordering with us you are agreeing to and accepting the terms and conditions of this contract, you are giving your electronic signature that you hereby agree to and accept that all sales are final and that no disputes, charge backs, refunds, or cancellations are allowed or permitted. In light of our extraordinary willingness and reasonable efforts, you agree by your electronic signature that these terms and conditions are both fare and reasonable and of no harm to you either personally or financially.
ORDER CANCELLATION AFTER YOUR TABLE HAS SHIPPED SHALL RESULT IN A 10% SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING FEE. IF THE CANCELLATION TAKES PLACE AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR TABLE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL PACKING, CRATING, SHIPPING AND INSTALLATION COSTS INCURRED TO RECOVER YOUR GOODS. CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY TELEPHONE. EMAIL NOTIFICATION OF INTENT TO CANCEL AN ORDER IS NOT VALID.

NOTHING THAT IS REQUESTED IN THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS SECTION NEGATES OR IN ANY WAY AFFECTS OR CHANGES THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
